A one of one, hand made tie dyed longsleeve shirt showing the the Eye of Providence across the back in gold, with alchemical symbols for fire, earth air & water on the right sleeve, and sulphur, salt & mercury on the left sleeve.
The symbols are hand sewn using reflective gold fabric and the shirt is 100% cotton.

Background
This piece combines the Eye of Providence with the Eye of Horus from Ancient Egyptian mythology. This combination ties together the scientific progress of the enlightenment with ancient wisdom and mythology.
The Eye of Providence has been used for hundreds of years to symbolise the pursuit of knowledge and higher purpose, as well as divine inspiration and guidance. It was used in alchemy, magic, and as a powerful symbol by political groups.
The Eye of Horus was associated with kingship and protection. According to myth, Horus lost his left eye during a battle with Set, the god of chaos, but it was restored by the goddess Hathor, symbolising healing and regeneration as well as the balance of order over chaos. The Eye of Horus became an amulet for protection and was often placed within tombs to safeguard the deceased in the afterlife.
The alchemical symbols on each sleeve show some of the key elements of alchemy; the building blocks which can be used to create anything as long as the practitioner gains sufficient knowledge. Each symbol is rendered in gold, symbolising the alchemical goal of transmuting various elements into gold.
